Monroe’s Northside Elementary School held its annual Kindergarten Circus on Thursday, April 16 inside the Monroe High School Performing Arts Center. The show featured many audience-favorite songs and characters, like Cotton Candy Girl, Sammy the Seal, clowns, black bears, trapeze artists, black bears, a lion, and monkeys being chased by an alligator.
